It seems like add/removing sockets with jewellers at bench, or using tainted currency, is the way to go.

I'm doing quite well with this build with a late start. Its decently tanky and great execuse to use garukhans is fantastic.

Pro tip is to use the PoB timeless jewel finder, I was able to snag a cheap brutal restraint with a lot of dex and onslaught on kill. It really helps pull the build together

Using it for 3.20, still working very well. Using Rogue/Tormented, Metamorph and delirium in atlas tree.
