Farming Divination Cards Epilogue etc

Hey there just started out POE with a SSF Gladiator. And I cant run tier 1 maps without getting occasionally burst by some mobs despite having 75% resist for all elements and the occasional CWDT buffs (Steelskin+Molten) My current block rate is at 41% so I was planning on getting Lioneye's Remorse for more block% to survive.

Is it viable to farm lion cards at level 65 onwards RNG-wise? Or can I get better shield somewhere else to help me tank blows for mapping? Any advice would be appreciated :)
