yea, its a great weapon but i just cant stand how slow it is

It tells you on page 1. Remove Endless Hunger and replace with Headsman.

I am checking your level 100 PoB and some players, who wrote here and I noticed that there is no mana leech or + mana gain on hit anywhere. But in your current PoB you have it. How do you sustain your mana then? Also if I take Brutal Restraint, I will loose cannot be stunned perk. Do I get it from somewhere else? Or is it not important?

Build creator gets it from using thread of hope jewel to reach the mana leech notable (spirit void I think). You can use a jewel (cluster or regular) or get phys attk leech as mana on ur gear...it's really not that difficult to get mana leech.

Stun isn't too much of a problem if you are using a shield build as u have some sort of stun/block recovery. However, if you find it clunky then use brine king pantheon or just not use the brutal restraint jewel then. I use brine king pantheon and its good enough for me.
