I league started with this last league but a week late. It was easy enough to get CA from a ranger then restart with witch. Im a little worried about waiting in queue a second time, so I'm going to start Storm Brand until act 3 library. Go up the witch spell damage nodes to EO.

Determination and Purity of Elements (Paruz's idea I think) for layers of defense is appealing. PoB does not have updated gems yet so the armour and phys mit should be higher. The Impresense isn't calculating properly so there should be about 61 mana left over for CA. Flasks can be whatever utility you like, likely quicksilver and the armour ones.

So general consensus is that this is still strong and a decent league starter? Chaos slinger seems like a really strong option to get through acts and get the starting gear.
