I used it yesterday and the day before and today i realised I suddenly dont have enough mana anymore. I didn't change any gem setups or level anything. Or maybe I'm hallucinating and only thought that I used it yesterday and the day before, but I'm pretty sure I am not :D Might need to de-level precision. You way over leveled arcane surge as well you probably have to cast flame dash what 100 times before it goes off. You have additional curse on your armour but I only see assassins mark.
