Are the new ascendancy passives on the elementalist bugged?

Hi,
Recently took 'Shaper of Winter' node to make sure my tri-elemental hit wander could proc Herald of ice on every hit. However, I don't ever see Herald of Ice on fire or lightning hits. Is this bugged or am i missing something? 마지막 추천 2021. 1. 24. 오후 6:23:45

" I've found out my hits don't "always" inflict burning as well even with Shaper of Flames. The ingame character screen states my chances to ignite with hits are 88%, and indeed, it fails sometimes (not only on mobs that have chance to avoir ailments). Maybe I missed something as well ? |
