budget version pretty good, I started this build about a week ago with cheap gear. In a weeks time I got the gear I have on now that I am testing out. I just got the cheapest of everything and upgrade along the way I was able to do all the bosses maven, sirius pretty good farming build! I was kinda sad at my speed, so with the currency I farmed in a week I changed my gear to be faster. Made like 60ex in a week just playing the game :D, doing temples, canyon, atoll, just alternating between valdo rest and haewark.
For me, it is a bad experience, i know i didnt complete the budget (some mods remaining on the gear and 3 more blowback clusters), but the thing is, when i imported my character to pob, and added tte missing parts, i found out that i still missing 50% of the damage as to what is shown in the creator budget pob.
I'm very confused, dont know which essential part of the build is missing.
So if someone have some spare time to investigate my miserable build, then please, help me.

Also when bossing use swift affliction instead of greater multiple if you have any trouble with conquerers, or elders, bosses,etc. Improves singtle target damage a lot as well
blowback / cooked alive should be last upgrades, just get blowback , burning bright cheap, get cooked alive last if you feel you need it, Only have 2.
Get rid of elemental weakness ring and get malachai artifice and put lightning golem in the ring summon 3-4 lightning golem and 1 of the others. biggest damage boost you can get and cheap 1c
Get a Hyri chest, cheap more damage, defense and dodge and dex- 25c
get boots with life, movement speed and 30 all resistances 20-25c
get gloves with 50 dex, life and maybe 1 or 2 res you need.
annoint unyielding on amulet for defense with endurance charges, and damage per charge. https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Disciple_of_the_Unyielding
If can afford for more damage added get blizzard crown base, 80-85c, use greed essence or dexterity essence depending on what you need more to get a good roll you like. bought for 80c and just essence to get this

How much free mana is ideal? I'm thinking about switching to the burning arrow enchant helm, however it would put me at 99 unreseved mana with 35 burning arrow mana cost. Not sure about this. Opinions?

I don't think my gear is the most solid/perfected, but I was able to do the Feared last night, which I did not complete last season. If survivability is a real issue, I would run a lightning coil. Its cheap and works well.

I tried to copy almost each gear from the creator pob to my pob, and still missing 50%, dont think if i follow what you suggest that i will get the needed damage,

definitely I miss something crucial to the build, but dont know what, because from the creator's dps it is 6M, but from my pob it is around 3M.
anyone have any idea what that could be?
Edit: I noticed also sometimes that my ignite does apply correctly, I mean sometimes my attack will wipe the screen and sometimes I need to attack multiple times until I see the needed effect, I checked map modifiers and there is no enemies avoid Ailment.
