" Occultist is just too good for endgame when compared to assasin. Only reason to play assasin coc ice nova would be league start for first few days for extremely easy crit cap. Assasin could be good if want fast movement speed and take elusive node but other than that there would be no point building this over occultist for endgame Maybe someday assasin gets buff... |
