[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)
" Glad to hear everything's starting to come together :) It's been a pretty brutal league, by far the rippiest one I've played. Dying just isn't fun, I hope GGG learns this. It's fine with making things more challenging. Doing that the correct way can be fun. The problem right now is that things don't feel more challenging. They feel unfair instead. Randomly introducing new oneshots and on death effects isn't challenging, it just drain people away of their willingness to play. Boss fights like Uber Elder are perfect examples of challenging fights in the correct way. Nothing feels unfair in that fight. Everytime you die, it's your own fault and you can learn from it. The only thing I'm learning from the new Archnemesis mods is: You think you want that loot, but not yet. Deadandlivin 님이 2022. 5. 26. 오전 6:40:45에 마지막으로 편집

Which is the real High budget gear/Minmaxed the POB link or the minmax gear drop down box?
|
|
" The PoB links use gear that actually is craftable. Forgot to update the Minmax dropbox as it's based on earlier leagues when SOs were strong. |

Crafting Tips:
If you haven't noticed already, the new recombinators are kinda broken for crafting and allow most builds to get really strong items very cheaply. Yesterday I crafted a new pair of boots for myself which cost me a total of 4 ex to craft. How to craft: 1. Buy x2 Fractured bases(Both need to be Dex bases so make sure they have Evasion). Make sure it's T1 life on one and any random suffix you want. My suggestion for suffixes are a T1 resistance. Since I have Mageblood I don't need resistances and choose life regen. Life base cost 60c, regen cost 5 c. 2. Clear the bases, scourge them to remove all mods except the fractures. Regal them to make them rare and anull orb the regaled mod. This gives you 2 rare items with 1 fractured mod and nothing else. This is required to make sure you don't get a white item back. 3. Use Armour Recombinator until you hit double fractured mods. If you fail, buy a new base. 4. Spam a essence of your choice, I suggest any of these: Pick whatever suffix you need. Keep spamming until you get another suffix you need. I suggest T1 resistance, Dex or Spell Suppression. (Now you should have a base with 3 suffixes and fractured life) 5. Craft Suffixes cannot be changed (2 ex cost) 6. Use a Veiled Chaos Orb. In 90% of cases it will only result in a Veiled mod and one free prefix. 7. Craft mana to block mana Unveil. 8. Unveil for movement speed which you should get in 95% of cases. All mods give 30% movement speed with a secondary. You want Chill Immune > 12% increased movement speed > Onslaught on kill as secondary. 9. Craft Cannot be Frozen. 10. Use Eldritch Embers to get Brittle. 11. Use Eldritch Ichors to get something else you want. |

Holy hell mate, didn't expect this much detail. Thank you for the tips and info, it was exactly what I was looking for. As for my strength, after socketing AG, my dps has been pretty good actually. Feeling a little squishy but I'm going for more life nodes pretty soon. Gonna take into account your suggestions and get started today!
Again bro, huge help. thanks for the guide, the builds starting to feel pretty good! |

" You're a Hero! Thanks! I'm 100% focus on farming my Mageblood, but I'll try it later. | |
" so in the case of standard that drop box is the most optimized? besides the necklace |
|
" No, cause Syndicate Operative spectres are useless in standard aswell. Also, we lost our medium clusters from back then so we don't have any mediums to scale our damage any longer. Quite frankly, the old version of the build I used to run is not playable any longer due to too much changes unfortunately. The main reasons are: 1. SO nerf 2. Headhunter nerf(This league) 3. Medium clusters. 4. Skill Tree changes (No Elemental Equilibrium) Other than that, all gear should be useable on standard. I do think the old version would be too squishy in the current climate though. That being said, I think the new recombinators are broken though opening up for new high end gear. Things I'm thinking about is: - New chest with fractured 100% global defenses and fractured Temple Life mod or fractured +1 Spectres. - Stabilizing Sceptre(EE implicit) recombined with Fractured Minion dmg temple mod(66% dmg, 5% double dmg) That's some mirrortier crafting though. |

Been playing a bit of SSF and recently returned to my trade golems...
... and I've lost sight of all the recommendations as they seem to differ from the POBs on page 1. I'm "farming" red tier maps, but my gear is still at the "yellow tier". I've got the AG gems and they are leveling atm (19 all of them, so almost ready for Hungry Loop), but what are the recommended approach to gearing in this league? block? no-block? Also something about a different recommendation on the Atlas Passives? |
|
" If you want a chill experience and being able to level, definitely go the defensive route with block. If you want to minmax and farm currency, go the regular route. I could probably level up to ~98 with my current setup but since I'm hard juicing my maps it's not really feasible to run them deathless right now. This is the rippiest league they've ever created. Atlas passives are the same. You want to run passives that are "chill" with alch and go or do you want to make good money? |
