PoB is currently not showing essence wurm properly, it's assuming your wrath is being reserved by mana. There is a work around I plan on posting tommorow.

desecrate - Vigilant Strike - general's cry with the vigil jewel socketed in the scion max mana/life regen area
I see! Thanks for replying, I am using the same setup as well, and it feels very good. Another question is if the Cloak of Defiance is equipped, is it safe to drop the MOM node in the passive tree?
And what would be the priority? Cluster jewel or thread of hope first?

this does indeed work to my knowledge.
but u dont have the socket anymore?

this does indeed work to my knowledge.
but u dont have the socket anymore?
corruption does not always remove the socket. It can have a multitude of effects.

Why do you use increased BB AoE instead of increased damage on the enchantment?
edit: also your GG PoB doesn't have Supreme Ego skilled?
