[3.17] Cheapbunny's Summon Reaper Build (Hit based + Bleed + Poison) + Animate Weapon

Can confirm - the build is really strong for maps but starts to struggle against ubers.

The build, like most minion build, has a strong base power level, but scaling is still hard even with the added minion damage items.
