As far as I can tell I think he is just using his jewelry to hit res cap, because I cant see any influences on them. He is using a cold/light two-stone ring, an amethyst ring, a coral amulet, and a stygian vise. Jewel-Wise, I have no clue, but give me some time and I might be able to work out some options.
