I'm a beginner and i have a question, the first ascendency we take gives us 1% regen mana when we inflict exposure, can you give me more details on the options i have to reliably inflict exposure without any cluster jewels ?

Hydrosphere, wave of conviction or a new glove implicit from boss orbs(not sure if this one works)

You can use the new implicit on gloves and hope for something like this

The mana regen applies so the exposure must apply as well

Hey CANTRIPN, thanks for taking the time to put this together. I am not quite at maps yet but have done the cruel lab and instead of LoP ascendency I went ahead and took Shaper of Storms hoping I could start freezing a bit early. Plus I dont love running golems but I will if necessary.

With SoS ascendency, I get all hits shock, putting on the 3 dragons should change the shocks to chill/freeze?
Is there a damage threshold that needs to happen to chill/freeze? I dont have
much (any) real investment into crit right now, but I just assumed that instead of shocking all my hits would at least chill?

Also does still having EE have impact on the shock/chill interactions?

Last Q, I assume elemental focus would cancel out shaper of storms?

Would Spark work with this build or is it not enough damage per hit for freezing?

I leveled with Crackling Lance at first and altho I like the skill mechanically and visualy, I find the clear to be quite awkward, especially on open maps(leaves to many straglers).

I tried various other lightning skills and I seem to like Spark the most. Surprisingly its working super well for leveling(currently only lvl 59) but I wonder if its gonna even work(at least to some extent) since it doesn't hit as hard as Crackling Lance or Divine Ire.

I just started trying out spark and it seems like it would be great for map clearing. I'll probably swap to Spark for clearing and then use crackling lance for boss kills since it just melts bosses. Spark got quite a big buff this patch as well so the damage should be great once I have it fully leveled. Just also need to swap out intensify support for another blue support gem that works with spark.

Looking for what to upgrade next, I'm working on my clusters which I have a 8 point Doryani's Lesson w/ Inspired Oppression soon to be with blast freeze.

I'm having problems freezing some Archnemesis boss/rares (usually 4th iteration). Wondering what it will take to start freezing those and/or to increase damage further.

Right now I know the accessories are lacking, they're pretty much just there to get me some life, resists, and stats. I wanted to get some of the bigger stuff first.

I'm getting deleted by monsters. Not sure what's going wrong. Damage is also very low, albeit without clusters.

My jewelry is garbage, but working on that. I'm tempted to get a thread of hope to save some points at the top of the tree. I also don't have the same amount of unreserved mana as OP.

Anyone mind looking and tooling me up a bit?

Is there a use case for Nadir Mode jewel with CL? Perhaps for clearing in maps to keep you from going into beam too quickly?
