Gem levels are the biggest thing, you also want to be using 4 flasks instead of 5 for "The Traitor" keystone. 100% flask uptime is big.

I think you can replace "Replica Shroud of the Lightless" a rare body armour with abyssal sockets, and use helmet/boots/gloves with abyssal socket which I am not use if it will be less expensive.

if you do endless hiest for a few days tbf 4 divines is is not that hard to farm but if you dont like hiest then ... it may take a bit thats why its a prt 2 build you lvl as a another build then move into this

Checkout the "Leveling" section, I do not recommend leveling using Summon Reaper.

You have pretty good gear there, next upgrade will be empower 4, 21/20 Divergent Summon Reaper and quality on amulet. Also, you should leave your fifth flask slot empty.
