[3.24] Hollow Palm Cyclone Build | Slayer | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

I took the build and adappted It to play It with an ascendant and im having a blast. The tree is almost the same, i took juggernaut and slayer as ascendancies, and getting +1 skill point and 40 dex.
