Is there a reason the High Budget (ES) version runs a Rakiata Lethal Pride for the keystone? If we're running Aegis Aurora, you lose ehp by taking the keystone. I see the 40% armor from the 2 notables, but the keystone baffles me.

Why put leech ES? All damage gives minions, and you receive nothing.
Or how it start to work?

Ghost Reaver doesn't affect minions or the damage THEY leech as life at all. It will however transform the life leeched by minions to YOU into energy shield at the cost of ES recharge.
