POE2 Minion Collision POE2

I believe some improvements could be made to minion AI and collision mechanics in Path of Exile 2. Currently, many minions seem to get stuck on each other due to their collision detection, which leads to them standing idle and not engaging with enemies, getting stuck in every hallway and door. This can severely impact the effectiveness of minion-based builds, as they fail to attack or move properly, reducing the player's overall damage output and experience.

It would be beneficial to remove or reduce the collision between minions, allowing them to pass through each other more freely. This would prevent them from becoming bottlenecked, ensure smoother movement, and help them engage with enemies more efficiently.

Addressing this issue would make minions more responsive in crowded or fast-paced combat scenarios, where they currently struggle to navigate tight spaces. This change could significantly enhance the quality of gameplay for players who rely on minion-based setups, offering a smoother, more dynamic experience.

I have noticed they just die from not being able to keep up because of the collision as well, so even with ZERO movement speed on my boots 3-4 still die when I'm just walking around because they can't stay close.

Edit. I think having the minions stick closer to the player will help with clear speed and overall fluid gameplay. When you are running a map for example, they will run off the edge of the screen to fight something you are just running by making them get too far behind and die or if you are playing with caster minions they just stop to attack??? Leaving them behind if you are trying to clear fast.

About 60% of my gameplay is watching my minions standing on the other side of a door.

(And I think I'm being generous with that percentage.)
i agree they need to remove the collision from minions an remove it from player's as well. i don't run a due weapon set up . i just wanna kill stuff . even when forcing them to move doesn't work. even in the open world they get stuck on just about anything .

last thing to note is range on cast . when it in my (Los) i can't click a action to cast at that location . hate hafting to be up close an personal when if fact i sit back a debuff target's

My witch is basically shelved because I got tired of this crap. There is no reason minions should have collision with each other especially with no convocation spell or anything
Bump for vis. Minions get stuck then 'die' and it's just not fluid or fun. Please make this better and minion aggression. Feels like I am dog walking my minions as I have 35% MS boots.
I play witch from the start of the game and i notice this mistake of AI minions. They get stuck with each other, on narrow corridors, at doors, at bosses they get stuck with each other and out of 10 only 4 hit the boss... I think it's best to eliminate the collision because even in Trial of Sekhemans it's a huge minus.. I barely manage to complete the floors because the minions are blocked and often they are in respawn or dead for 90% of the time floors.. COMPARED TO OTHER CLASSES WHICH ARE ADVANTAGED AND METACLASSES
