I can't be the only one that thinks these are incredibly lackluster for end game "chase" rewards.
5% move speed, boots only. +1 possible poison stacks, but significantly reduce the duration. These are your idea of "powerful" and "build changing" rewards? This is a slap in the face.
Getting one of these is like if you handed me your garbage. Thanks, guess I'll throw it away for you.
It's literally only a few examples. You're literally complaining about stuff you have no info about. Sums up the community pretty well.

FYI that rune translates to +20%MS once Essence of Horror + Vaal's double socket are present. I do agree that overall the preview isn' t amazing. I want to see balance changes.
