Since nobody asked. I leave my oats in a rice cooker overnight with a timer, steel cut. When I wake up, throw a big spoonful of butter in a bowl, put half the oats on it. Slam a scoop of protein powder in it, hit it up with a few cracks of salt, then add the other half of the cooked oats. Put a spoonful of hot(Scoville hot, not temp) honey on top, mix that boi all together. Few shakes of cinnamon as a topper, as well a a little dried ginger. Top with frozen blueberries, and sometimes a little scoop of peanut butter. Drink with cup of green tea, no sweetener.
