At the beginning of the Duelist is 'Mana Flows' which gives you the 20 int to use HoA

125 INt needed for ur highest blue gem.

u got +30 and + 27 or something on ur gear.
Not a single int node in the passive tree :p

Impossible to get that high int.

He also has 2 to 3 times +20 INT and STR passives. Thats 97 to 117 INT, + base 14 INT = 111 to 131 and he also has an item with reduced atribute requirements.

I can only find 2x +10 int and strenght nodes.

what kind of jewel do you use?

Very happy with this build. It was a little slow out of the gate but once you start to piece together and add to Earthquake (in my case) you really become unstoppable. The only way I can die is either through stacks of corrupting blood or being hit from full to zero in one swing but that RARELY happens.


(My gem layout is kind of silly)

I have Fortify linked in my BoR so I essentially have it permanently as I have another linked to leap slam. Maybe not the most ideal setup but it's pretty beefy.

Defensive stats



Still working on health and armor. Right now I only have 3 endurance charges but BoR ensures that they're always up even with being a chance on a chance. I should have my defensives covered in 8 levels.

Offensive stats



Works out to mobs dying real fast. It won't one-shot bosses but I'm not in any real danger of death either but I'm only in T4/5 maps at the moment.

Don't know if you've mentioned it but are there any Izaio enchantments you think work well with this build?

So there's quite a lot of things which would be good for this build.

Life and physical damage/attack speed. You don't need block on jewels since we have max block anyway.
