Guys, what is the best way to easily generate Frenzy/Endruance/Power charges?

i'm running Tornado Shot, Puncture, Ice golem
with herald of ash and hatred or grace.

Obviously my gear is not the best but I dont have big issues. I'm just wondering how to get all the charges up.

Blood Rage for frenzy charges, Assassins Mark/Power charge on crit strike for power charges, self cast enduring cry for endurange charges.

Frenzy: Once blood charge is activated just keep killing stuff and you will have max charges 100% of the time

Power charge: you either self cast assassins mark or CoH( see post 1 for setups) or put pcoc in your skill setup (also post 1 for setup)

Endurange: You need to cast enduring cry manually now due to it's shared cooldown with immortal call

Get Life Regen nodes from the tree. Though they will not work if you use Vaal Pact. In that case I recommend using the skill called Frenzy to build Frenzy charges.

For endurance charges you can also use Warlord's Mark if you don't mind the damage loss due to not using Assassin's Mark. When using Warlord's Mark you'll have to get your power charges by using PCoC.

So I'm doing this build with ice shot and there's something I haven't seen in any ice shot builds and it's making me wonder why. With ice shot you can build frenzy charges with no effort by using the new ice bite gem. I wasn't sure if it would work well so I tested it. I'm only level 64 and have 33% crit but every single pack first shot full frenzy and that is a HUGE damage increase. Plus the freeze reliability is insanely good. So unless I'm not seeing something g I'd have to say ice bite as a 5th link with ice shot is the way to go.

Any feedback would be most appreciated tho.
