for ice shot: Weapon elemental damage support is a BiS support. And anyway, it's a good idea to have a red slot, it provides a adaptability (can be switch for ll, lgoh, added fire, etc.).

For WeD on rest on gear, it's not that important. Since ice shot convert physical to cold, you'd better increase your physical damage first. So flat physical on jewelry is more important than wed.

for crafting: the most important stats for damage are the flat physical roll and %increased physical damage. Since both are prefixes, you can't have both of them on a blue item, so yes, regal after you get one of them, and hope for a prefix.
For multimod crafting you ideally need all 3 suffixes free, because multi mod use one suffix and you want crit chance and attack speed or crit multi, and a last prefix.

As for the helard, use the one your prefer. This is just a matter of preference.

On puncture, use both ppad and slower proj as they both massively increase base hit damage, which is what we want to increase the bleed damage (which is also increased by slower proj btw). The other good supports are increased critical strike in and critical damage.
So best 5L is Puncture, PPAD, Slower Proj, ICS or PCoC, ICD. It is the setup that will give the highest physical damage, and thus the highest bleed.

phys to lightning: very very bad idea as it halves the physical damage (and thus bleed damage)
pcoc : why not.
wed: added fire will do better. WED is a better choice than added fire only for skill that convert 50% or more physical damage to elemental (lightning arrow, ice shot, burning arrow, use of P2L support on other skills).


@flyaway_kong: q20 pierce now gives 10% increase projectile damage instead of additional pierce chance as before 2.0. So it's always a welcomed bonus. It's equivalent to a minor damage node.
