Trigger order - Trigger gems and their linked skills are cast in a certain order that depends both on which item it is equipped on and which socket the skills are in. If there are trigger gems in each equipped item, the order of operation will be:

Main hand ⇒ Amulet ⇒ Helm ⇒ Off hand ⇒ Body armour ⇒ Gloves ⇒ Boots
The linked sockets also follows a specific order as well, which is:

Damage counter and cooldown - Each linked skill has an internal damage counter that tracks the total accumulated damage taken from hits, but not from damage over time or the Blood Magic passive (e.g. you cannot use Righteous Fire to trigger Cast when Damage Taken). All damage counters will be reset to 0 upon entering a new area. When a linked skill is cast, its damage counter will go on cooldown for 250 ms and will not track damage during that time.
The CWDT gem itself does not have its own counter or cooldown.

dont worry about the fact that quill rain is my first weapon actually i don't know why it works like that so to check it be sure to be on second slot(as for my quiver) ^^

actually i have trouble with the slower projectile support on my frenzy skill.
im comparing it with faster projectiles and can see the real difference between both is just the quality bonus

SP : 10% dmg
FP : 10 AS

the fact is that i can see when mobs are movins plying SP it often miss due to the movement of the boss.
i do care that FP could be far more confortable due to its 69% icrease projectile speed.

so i d like a return on it plz^^

i m actually at 89 % hit with only accuracy on my quiver.

There is a huge difference in damage between slower and faster projectiles. Slower projectiles has a more multiplier while faster projectiles only increases projectile damage.

Anyways you could swap out slower projectiles with pierce gem. It has the same more multiplier without the downside of a slower projectile. Also culling strike as a gem is a good option since it serves as your 'magic finder' attack.

Accuracy:
Yup it is a bit low. How to raise it?
Well first you need stats that are not accuracy. Why? opportunity cost.

Imagine this scenario: You had a better belt with more resistance on it. This means you would not need so much resistance on your rings, so instead you could buy a more offensive rolled ring with a solid accuracy roll on it :)

Also if you can remove Cloth and Chain you could soon put 3 points into the Depth Perception cluster (crit chance and accuracy - great nodes!). However it requires you get your hands on gear that has overall better stats.

Gear:
I did a quick on gear / passives. Is it correct your evasion is somewhere around 12,5k? That it way to low to make use of Queen of the Forest. Even though it is a 5L it is a terrible item with less than 16k evasion. It has low hp / resistance and very low benefit to movement speed without 16k+ movement speed.

Switch it out with a rare evasion chest with high hp / resistance (and decent evasion rating) and you should see a quick increase in character performance.

However, I have no experience leveling bows in a league environment, so I was wondering if I could get some tips from you people, seeing as how leveling bow characters through the story is usually a huge pain, at best, even with twink gear.

Good leveling gem setups in order of importance.

Split arrow + PPAD + added fire damage + faster attack (requires 1L)
TS + GMP + PPAD + FA (requires 4L)
Burning arrow + PPAD + AFD + FA (requires 1L)

4L quest rewards are really nice. Throw an alch on them.
Do not have your 4L in your bow. You need to constantly switch it out. This will be the case for a long time.

Buy bows. Do not waste alchs / chaos in a desperate attempt to roll them.
4 x whetstones + new tier of bow = 20% quality. Use rare rustic sash + 1 whetstone + bow for %increased physical damage recipe. This is a cheap way to roll an item in the first hours of a league.

Solid passive setup for early levels (normal difficulty - lvl 37):


Speaking on passives: Kill all on cruel. 8% attack speed or 16% phys dmg cannot compare to that extra passive. You will be starved for passive points.

Do not be afraid to put points in all res and +30 int / str nodes. Do not stick to the guide. You have respecc points from leveling. Use them.

Think about choice of Ascendancy class: Pathfinder - most likely not the obvious choice since it is really and endgame class. Raider gives great clear speed. Deadeye gives great damage. Both are nice.

Things will be somewhat slow until act 3. By then usually you will have decent damage and a solid clear speed :)

Besides that all usual leveling concepts apply. Don't kill everything. Keep running. Focus on that quicksilver (that is why you take primal might - 20% increased flask charges). Play it safe vs. bosses. GG :)

Edit: I forgot. Ignore crit until lategame. Focus on non-crit damage for the first 68 levels.

Right, thanks for the advice. I completely agree with you on the cruel passive point thing. With the introduction of jewels, and tons of free attack speed from BR and frenzies, getting anything but the skill point is suboptimal.

I'm just not too experienced with bow chars since I (almost)always play melee, but this time I thought why not go for something that clears faster.
