What ascendancy would be recommended most for split arrow? Being told deadeye is the way to go but it seems pretty lackluster compared to the other two in terms of damage from raider or utility from pathfinder, my gears pretty decent, just having trouble figuring out the best ascendancy choice for this. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

My opinion:
all around or tanky archer with little to no dependency on charges: deadeye fast map clearer but not well suited for some bosses: raider you want utility and have a very good flask belt? pathfinder. Ranger builds list: /917964

I have a question about powerful precision, couldn't find any definitive answer by googling it. Does it work like point blank as in there's a minimum chance to pierce, or does it go all the way to zero?

Only the extra added by the node itself goes down to 0, so your minimum chance to pierce is your regular chance to pierce without this node.

belly is low roll, so not much of a good deal. Coil is never a bad idea, its price is middle range and its roll is good.

Yeah, I will probably spend tons of fuses on the coil after I upgrade the some other gears.
Here is my current setup, I would love some ideas. Level 69 on HC. I think the last time I checked, I was with 3.4kHP, and around 6k dps on TS/BR with 7 frenzy charges up. Gear:
