the staff is 6 socket and 5L (no need more than 5) - for the Orb

the chest piece if 6 socket & 6L (if you are SSF than i wish you good luck i've been playing with this build for around a week or so I have the unique chest piece but yet to get it 6S6L So I might aim for the Divination cards and hope to get something worthwhile)

Should we use Timeless Jewel (Doryani) for energy shield so we can use Aspect of the Spider instead of Discipline?

I really don't know what am i doing wrong with this build.
As of right now i have 5.4 HP and almost 2800 ES, 100k dps on arc (by tooltip).
I can do tier 16 maps, but once in a while getting oneshoted by ranget packs or random delirium bullshit, and that completely prevents me from getting my lvl up (currently stuck on 93).
Cannot kill fricking Sirus for a third time and it's kinda getting annoying

Hey there, there's a build link in the main header with act 10 passives almost all are used.

ill assume you'll have extra (once you reach 100) thats because you need to put in some jewels inside (read the cluster jewels I'd suggest looking for a large with 2 sockets and than putting inside 2 small ones with extra chaos damage, this chaos blast from Delirium and Sirus is hectic.

im very disappointed in poe, i can see there is only one working build (using over 9000 heralds). if u choose play any other build u suffer

So I took your advice and sold those boots while they were hot, took the money and took another stab at crafting a staff. my second crusader slam didn't fail me!! I is-counted the available free affixes and wasted 2ex for no reason, but I'm still smiling!

how are you gonna be disappointed in poe because you cant do sirus? the game has 100s of builds, a lot of them can do sirus easily, some can't. to say you suffer if you're not playing a herald build and there is only one working buld is pretty dumb. arc witch can do sirus. it just requires a lot more moving around to avoid stuff and its a longer fight due to the damage being not that good, but its doable. expecting every single build to perform the same is silly. make etheral knives, a necro, a cyclone, a lacerate, a miner, scourge arrow, ice shot, the list goes on that can all do sirus on a low budget easier. want a really cheap build that can do sirus pretty safe? occ vortex on 1ex.

I believe what they meant was that they are disappointed with GGG not balancing things around. Elementalist HARDLY needs buffs, self casters HARDLY need buffs, cuz spell casters without archmage or arcane cloak currently suck hard. I have currently invested ~20ex in this build, and I have hard troubles with: Sirus, silmucrafts, higher lvl maps with high lvl of delusion, non-white shaper guardians are hard etc. I have not even tried (uber) elder/shaper, nevertheless I have 500+ kills on both during previous leagues.

The point is that if you play 15 heralds or some other stupid afk shit you are fine, but if you want to play some old-school self casting arc you are restricted from end-game content. Period. Or at least you are before spending 50+ex on a single build, so that you can do fine-ish.
