Hey is this really good for the build? Or could i get a better rare ammy?

I'm currently using those boots and I really like them. Yeah, they only offer little HP (50-60 mana) and little res (15-20% lightning), but free Onslaught is really nice!

I have a second pair waiting to be upgraded, even though I can't see how to handle the -7% mana loss per second: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Omeyocan

Any chance in the change log you could put a reason for the change as when i built this it was stating keep CwTd at lvl one now it says level it up to 3 why is that is it worth increasing the proc or something?

Just get onslaught from flask. The resists you loose from these boots over a 100+ total resists rare boots, are too much. You have to fill in with resists in rings/amulet and you loose offensive stats there not losing over onslaught.

Why people link Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance with golems on this build, they are immune to damage with liege of primordial. Unless it's chaos golem. Isn't it?

With Stormfire ring, our Arc can ignite mobs and shock at the same time
With BoR, Mobs will take 20% MORE damage when ignited.
Stormfire is also pretty cheap now.
Will try when get home.

I'm using this build since start of the league, could someone check my character IGN: MapArc and give me any advice on what I could change to improve it ?
I know I should get Empower Lv4 + Enchants (especially helmet one for Arc)... but what else ?
My all resists are at 80% 5k hp and 2,2k unused mana while running Wrath and Clarity.
My Arc DPS on tooltip is 55,6k. Lightning penetration 43%. Using watcher's eye for lightning dmg while Wrath is active.

It depends. If only damage from Ignite is scaled, it may be not worth it.
If all damage is scaled, then it is really good.
