Your source of leech :
- Blood Drinker = 0.4% of Attacks dmg leech as life ;
- 1 skill point in Essence Sap or Spirit Void wheels = 0.4% of Attacks dmg leech as mana ;
- Vaal Pact = Double life leech and life leech rate ;
- Vinktar.

If you have the feeling you are laking of leech, then it's because of your lake of dps.
You can deal with this problem by sacrifying 3 skills points and grab Vitality Void nodes.

There is 3 reasons to this situation :
- You are underlevel, and need to reach the level 90 to realy start to experience the full power of this build ;
- You miss 2 jewels socks, which is a huge mistake. Jewels socks is one of the bigest dps buffs this league, so it one of the top priority nodes you should grabe ;
- You are in a full mf config, and curently sacrifying your rings slots for 2 Ventor. Even if you have realy good Ventor, this ring does not provide any dps buff. Rings slot can brings us from 3 to 5 dps affixes per slot. For this reason, I personnaly would never consider Ventor as a wise choice for a Wander build.

just put together my wander and ran into a problem: using stibnite of adrenaline and jade of reflexes give me less ms than a alchemists quicksilver flask of adrenaline. am I missing here something? seems like the only thing I get with stacking evasion flasks is the defense, while the ms would be better using said quicksilver flask.

I've been running a wander with abyss items up until now but have been having alot of trouble with end game content as of late (e.g. Chimera with damage mods) so was looking at swithing to QoTF for a bit more survivability.

I've had a bit of a play around on PoB and it looks as though switching to QoTF would net me the following

- Double my evasion, chance to evade increased from 30% to 60%
- Reduced HP by 500, from 5700 to 5200
- Reduced DPS by ~15%, shaper DPS from 1.4 mill to 1.2 mill
- Extra 16% spell block chance from Atziri's step

At this stage I'm still questioning whether it's worth it. I've had a look at some guardian videos by Giammy which show some impressive play, but my ultimate goal would be to be able to do all guardians deathless with full damage mods which I haven't seen any evidence of thus far (I still need to work on my mechanics a bit though). It would seem as though this build suffers much from the same weaknesses especially with 'unlucky dodge chance' and 'monsters have increased accuracy' mods which I seem to always roll on my guardian maps.

Any advice for achieving my goal?



I think that there is little difference between the abyssal wander and the "classic" wander. With the Abyssal wander, you can exploit all the op jewels available this league to reach an impressive dps, and for defense and mobility, use a basalt flask and a quicksilver flask of adrenaline. I've started (and finished) with the classic wander because at the moment I couldn't afford a Shroud of lightless and good jewels.
I've found out that evasion and dodge + spell dodge are pretty useful in specific fights, like the minotaur or atziri.
I know what you mean, unfortunately this is not a tanky/hardcore build, like any other evasion/dodge based character, it's always a gamble and unlike other safer mechanics, you never know if you'll get hit, and whether that hit will oneshot you or not.
I've done some guardians with extra damage mods, I don't remember if I have recorded them. I'm not playing the league actively anymore but if I manage to corrupt a guardian map into a lot of rippy mods again, I'll record the run.
As I said Chimera with damage mods will always give you trouble compared to other guardians during his combo attack with bladeflurry, and you have to kite him a bit.

I've accidentally corrupted a Phoenix map with bad mods for pathfinders (Players cursed with Enfeeble, boss has 35% increased life and 70% increased area of effect, monsters have 50% increased accuracy rating, players gain 50% reduced flask charges, players dodge chance is unlucky), I show the mods at the end of the video.

No extra damage, but these mods may be annoying as you said. I didn't have many problems, instead of rushing at him, take your time kiting the boss while shooting at some adds at random to refill your life and flasks.

same for me, unless you have insane evasion on your gear, a quicksilver flask of adrenaline will always be better.
but the stibnite holds more charges, lasts longer, gives more evasion and blinds enemies.
it's up to you, I personally prefer to have more charges and defenses than movement speed while mapping

Hey do i need to balance resists for wise oak or do i just need lightning to be the higher one?
For single dps, do you guys think HoT is better or a blasphemy+projectile weakness combo is better? I was thinking for bosses that dont get knockbacked like shaper and such projectile weakness might be better.

numbers in path of building tell that blasphemy + projectile weakness would be better, too bad that blasphemy reserves 35% of total mana instead of 25% like herald of thunder.
I've done some tests in path of building, based on my character:

- if you run wrath + empower and enlighen, herald of thunder is the way to go, because with blasphemy you wouldn't have sufficient mana (less than 80 unreserved)

- if you only run wrath and eventually enlighten, blasphemy + projectile weakness gives more dps than herald of thunder (configured against shaper) and you can have enough mana unreserved with enlighten.

concluding, if you can afford an empower level 3-4, pairing it with wrath it will give way more dps than blasphemy combo, and it's more versatile in maps (guardians included) since the dps boost given by wrath + empower is unaffected by reduced curse effectiveness mods or hexproof

Orb of Storms- curse on hit - proj. Weakness in the 2nd weapon slot and simply swap while shaper talks.

As for the debate about defense.
The Higher the Evasion the less likely you get hit by a crit.
Attacks from mobs have to roll twice against evasion, the same as our attacks do in order to crit.
on my gripped gloves how do I craft attack speed on them? When trying to craft it, it says "item cannot have another suffix mod." Do I need to get another gloves?
