yes, it means that you can't craft attack speed on those gloves, since attack speed is a suffix and those gloves have all three suffix spots occupied.

Is it better than a Piscator?
Path of Building says, that I do ~10% more damage with the rare wand than with the unique wand.
Also, what should I optimize for? Barrage or Kinetic Blast damage?

found another one with attack speed baked in but after searching through the masters (I must be blind) I can't find the one that adds, "# to # lightning damage to attacks."

Elreon adds lightning damage to attacks, have to go at blessing font.

thought the same thing, resists are hard to cap in the other pieces of gear :D
