I have a question. Does cast speed affect Icestorm? Does increasing it will increase the frequency at which the ice bolts come down and so more damage over same time ?

Whats your non buffed Avg hit damage, and effective DPS with new WI?
Clearing t16s was never in question. Hitting higher single target and sustain on bosses is what got hit with the patch. |
