Are resists hard to cap? I will start building it once i lvl my duelist, but i want to use a HH, so idk probably res cap will be pain

Could probably still cap res if you get res on helm and more on boots. Should be doable.

So i should replace Starko with rare, maybe 9% phys increase from fossil craft?

With basicly only Boots/Armor left to get resists it will be hard unless u want to run 20%+ on all small jewels

Somehow i managed to cap my res with boots armor and helmet.
Build feels great, i tried simulacrum at lvl 80 with 4k hp and it was so easy:D

I had boots with Elusive and good stygian worth 1ex+
