Which spectres(and where to find them)you guys think are best?
if 3x spectre: Carnage chieftain, Host chieftain and Arena Master
if 4x spectre: Carnage chieftain, Host chieftain, Arena master and Wild bristle Matron (from harvest) or They of tul.
Matron: Roar that reduces enemy action speed by 40% (pretty damn good)
They of tul: Makes an AoE on the ground that gives you some dodge
For your PoB question, sorry not feeling like delving into more PoB tonight, brain about to explode from working on my own. Your build looks good at a quick glance, the rest would come from minmaxing little things here and there. Example in your belt get better ghastlys amongst other things.
Best builde since ive started playing PoE !! I just leveled first 100 with it. 42kk dps, ripping all content. 7.2k ES, 86/86/87 res. This build is a beast tho, but i'm asking experienced players what else can I improve. I would prefer pure 220ES gloves for self survival, but i'd never even heard of these gloves until now.

Breathstealers is fun, mini-headhunter in ritual and other content full of rare. Plus it's a 10% dps boost from Gravepact annoint. Every rare you kill spawns a blight spore that has a random aura. If you can sacrifice the ~600-1k es from gloves it's worth a try. Personally I went mid-way with a minion dmg + ES glove, losing out on the blight spores but eh.
4 golems with weapon yes. You usually dont want Clayshapper, Cold iron point is better and the wand is even better than both.

I have enough surv, I don't think I need more es. Breathstealers are pretty dope, 10% dps from gravepact + auras in ritual helps A LOT. And they cost 1c
Can someone provide a trade link to the correct/best medium and large jewels we need? Maybe a link for the correct passives but the rest kinda crappy so it would be less expensive then maybe another link to jewels with perfect stats.

Minmax would be to either get one with Str/Dex on it if you need to fill your stats, otherwise one with a free suffix/a suffix that can beremoved so you can then aug Chaos for chaos res.
Med clusters there's too many options with the different setups, but you want Replenishing essence + First among equals, then same as above... str/dex if you need it, otherwise a spot for chaos res (best would be stat + chaos res).
And if you need to help your mana reservation, just replace either first among equals or replenishing essence with Pure Aptitude, Pure guile or Pure Might (depending on which aura you have where and whether you need to fix life or mana reservation, and if you need STR or DEX, Pure guile/Might gives +20 Dex/Str respectively. Pure Aptitude is best for +20 int and 1% ES regen). If you want damage boost at the cost of some aura effect, replace with Precise Commander instead.
It should still be worth getting only one of Replenishing essence or First among equals (which one would you recommend?) until I can afford 4 medium cluster jewels with both right? Medium cluster jewel with one of the passives is only 10c while having both is minimum of 2ex. I know that's not much but I'm poor right now. I already got these two

For some real good minmaxing I'd recommend gathering some more aura effect for more resistances and damage
The base is quite expensive but really worth it, as it gets me to 2.80x aura effect which grants additional 1% attack speed per aura and 89/89/90 res
Also I'm looking for some more sources of aura effect to get to 300% like in good ol days, so let me know if there's some

Upgraded some more gear, finally pulled the plug on making a new helmet... Unfortunately someone bricked it by using Reforge instead of Randomize values, so had to re-do it all again and was too upset/out of currency to go for T1 minion life again.
Broke the 25m dps/golem breakpoint, 88/88/89/75 res. Changed clusters to full replenishing essence/first among equals (1 pure commander to get the next resist) and 3x 1% rmr jewel corruptions to fit all auras without the Pure aptitude/Might/Self-controls clusters.
