I have been pretty happy with my golem version. I tried spectres around level 95 and didn't like the feel of it so went back to golems. Now that my gear is better, I was thinking of trying spectres again, but everything dies instantly for my golems anyways so not sure if I will gain much.

Sitting at 21M damage per golem and 10.5k ES with 13 auras.

At level 98 I was running a higher damage build with a 180% elegant and a few more damage optimizations on gear, and was a bit over 31M per golem, but only at around 7k ES which led to a couple deaths on the way to 99. I swapped breathstealer out for ES gloves, Alpha's howl out for ES helm, and saqawal's out for ES body armor. Feeling pretty much immortal with over 10k ES now, so might swap back to a higher DPS build at 100.

I still have a few upgrades to make (higher ES shield and armor, and a couple more RMR jewels to be able to fit in avian's flight again since I had to drop it)

That's a nice PoB. I like being able to path to Golem Commander with the passives reclaimed from the clusters because of the Aura Effect on the armour.

tried running simulacrum afk for first time today (running spectres)

got to wave 18 before I started having to use flasks and move around or die

anyone running the spectres able to afk all the way through wave 20? like consistently? curious how ur build looks different

Whisper of doom, 3 points for +1 curse ( two total, one from AG + one actively used). Is It a good idea?

Just looked at your tree and I believe you put in wrong point in 12 area effect instead of 4% reduced mana near leap jewel?

I think the strongest version of elemental dmg version would be the one made by nanokit on page 57. Unfortunately I don't think that build would be possible as a witch because his scion has more skill points than us.
We would either have to give up a medium cluster or the extra spectre to be able to copy his build as a witch.
I'm currently still trying to find a way to make the bow build work as a witch and currently trying it out on an elementalist.
The biggest problem I'm facing is the tankiness of the build so I changed to stone golem and was able to AFK wave 20 simu, but I think the compromises I had to make including clear speed and dmg still doesn't make it worth changing to.

Sorry if this was asked already but what gems do you guys recommend to be consumed by the Hungry Loop? I want to socket the Animate Guardian in it.

I would highly suggest feeding frenzy as one of them because this saves you one socket, but alternatively you will need to make him tankier with other gems cause he is most likely going to rambo more.
