Doing that means we can drop the arrogance from Clarity, and if I'm not mistaken that gives us at least 2 open gem slots that we could fit in Cold Snap, preferably Anomalous, with Bonechill Support, preferably Divergent, to help boost our single target DPS against bosses, no? I think using Cold Snap and Bonechiil would also be beneficial for Scourge because you can pre-pop Cold Snap before transitioning into nightmare for some extra dps while also gaining some frenzy charges.
