Fleshcrafter + Mask will actually make your AG pretty tanky :) Just don't give it extra chaos res.

20% base = 40% life as ES.

My AG has 100k life, so it has 40k ES and 60k life. I also give it 10% ES on body armour. So totaly ES = 50k.

Mask give 1% regen per 500 ES, so my AG has 100% life regen.


*AG in +3 helmet and Minion Life mod.

thanks for the details! turns out im dumb and didnt realize how expensive that hat is, so ill be passing on it for the moment! but is there any way to get POB to give numbers? looking at it apparently my ag will have something like 60k life and 500 es? which just cant be right bc fleshcrafter

You can use the same starting tree (no cluster jewels) for all builds :)

You just need to respec when you start using cluster jewels. If you look at the POB, you can find "Minion Army tree (no clusters)" and then "Level 84 (one cluster)".

You get 20 respec points from the Acts. Should be enough :)

Yes you can use FAS! The DPS is lower though :( They have 0% crit chance. In my POB Hyrri has 1.2M and FAS has 900k.

Swap Ele Damage, Vicious Proj -> Spell Echo, Controlled Dest.

It's not supported in POB, so you can add this in custom modifiers:

#ES calculation for AG with flesh crafter (20% chaos res)
Minions gain 40% of life as extra maximum energy shield

That will just tell you how much ES, and you need to calculated the rest yourself.

If our AG have a setup of those two items, Kingmaker, Mask of The Stitched Demon and Garg of the Ephemeral it can survive any boss fight including Sirus?

I think so.

I'm not using skele mage or fleshcrafter so my AG is just surviving with Mask and 10% life gained as ES craft on body. I've used him in Sirus fight and Sim 30. I think he ran through die beam twice. HP doesn't move. I'll show it in the next build guide :)
He's even hit by Uber Atziri double flameblast. Lost about 40% hp but regen in 1s.

Hall of Grand Masters.
It has pvp scaling for players only. So if an enemy does 1M DPS, it only hits your character for 1k, but it will hit your minions for 1M. AG will instantly die.

Deep delve is also dangerous because of damage scaling and aoe ground effects.

Everything else seems OK!


Edit:
My feeling is AG should be balanced for survivability and DPS boost. If AG dies you lost a lot of investment and you lose DPS, culling and fortify.
Full DPS AG is nice too, but just make sure it doesn't die!
