Edit to above - the crit chance part is a complete waste - you should be capped at 95% already. Crit Weakness only affects your crit damage multiplier.

even going from 95 -> 100% crit chance is a pretty substantial boost (not to mention 100% crit chance is incredibly sexy)

This is an example of a tree I just made up in 3 secs - note this is not exactly how you should build - how exactly you build should depend on your gear, how much spell dmg, multi you have etc to fine tune the damage. If you want to be Uber capable, it's a different tree.
