...what? Point Blank starts at +50% Damage and ends at -50% Damage, for a total drop of 100 points. Now you tell me how you came to the conlusion that this means Powerful Precision, which 'works like Point Blank', should only drop by 50 points total instead. I see no reason whatsoever to assume that Powerful Precision caps at 50% Pierce chance. If you have 50% Pierce elsewhere, from the Pierce gem for example, then your total Pierce won't drop below 50% - but PP's bonus will go from 100 to 0 still. " I just picked up +1 chain on my TS Dead Eye. It is VERY powerful. Its not the original projectiles that chain. Its the projectiles from the arrow "explosions." There are better options if your going for Drillneck + Pierce, but I am VERY happy with +Chain thus far. |
