Hello, i've been trying this build for my second character this season and my damage seems to be
on the very very low side with the gear/gems/etc that I have.

i'm using LA and BR and 15-20+ ex into this character with all level 19 20% gems but my damage is still pretty low both for single target and aoe.


Any tips on improving my damage? already starting to have trouble on higher tier maps..

Can anyone PLEASE help me out with my character? I'm currently 67 and am having trouble even farming the docks, no chance of doing even cruel izarro and I'm dying multiple times on even the cavern map (jungle boss is 100% impossible).

In breach, the HC build worked really well and I managed to do quite well into mid-70s multiple times. I decided to follow his new tree and this is just awful.

I'm playing in the SSF league, while forgetting just how much of a PITA it is to get ANY CI viable items without trade. I am mostly worried about having to start my gems from 0 as I am quite a casual player - for the same reason, starting all over isn't really an option.

Any help at all would be monumental, from gear, to anything else. Mostly worried about the skill tree as I don't think going CI was at ALL a good idea. Especially with how out-dated the guide is.

For starters I mentioned already so I'll say it again, that tree is flat out awful and for myself who I consider to be somewhat of a bow veteran, just analyzing the tree is painful as you literally skip out on just about everything that a competing build such as SignalShot has to offer. The pathing makes zero sense and just looks like it was a last minute clobber-together.

That said you should not be going CI as a starter, especially not SSF because of gear availability. Life based always the best if low on resources although the I have doubts about the life tree too.

You know SignalShot tree is a Crit ES bow tree right. It doesn't have to bear that name, the concepts are what is important and I guarantee if you do a side by side comparison, if you can comprehend it, you'll see what I'm talking about.

I already said my criticisms on the CI tree in this thread. Why post a WIP, untested tree unless it's a click bait anyways. If you can answer my post on the weaknesses and glaring issues of that tree then we can talk. Let's not fanboy too much.

Hm... similar to what I was thinking honestly.

I have one question though. Wouldn't it be better to take the two extra EV/Life nodes up near Revenge of the Hunted, and skip the two extra ones down near Thick Skin?

The Thick Skin grouping seems weak to me, wasn't it 5% health per minor node during Breach? I can see spending two points to get to Thick Skin itself, but those two extra 4% nodes don't seem like a good deal to me.

If you were applying knowledge you would know that people change up a few points for POTIONS here and there as they choose an ascendancy. And that this is a tried and true build, that has run to the highest levels for YEARS!

Read all these complaints and these constant questions about the same, entry-level, simple shit. This is FAR from what the guide was when I started playing.
