Can anyone PLEASE help me out with my character? I'm currently 67 and am having trouble even farming the docks, no chance of doing even cruel izarro and I'm dying multiple times on even the cavern map (jungle boss is 100% impossible).

In breach, the HC build worked really well and I managed to do quite well into mid-70s multiple times. I decided to follow his new tree and this is just awful.

I'm playing in the SSF league, while forgetting just how much of a PITA it is to get ANY CI viable items without trade. I am mostly worried about having to start my gems from 0 as I am quite a casual player - for the same reason, starting all over isn't really an option.

Any help at all would be monumental, from gear, to anything else. Mostly worried about the skill tree as I don't think going CI was at ALL a good idea. Especially with how out-dated the guide is.

For starters I mentioned already so I'll say it again, that tree is flat out awful and for myself who I consider to be somewhat of a bow veteran, just analyzing the tree is painful as you literally skip out on just about everything that a competing build such as SignalShot has to offer. The pathing makes zero sense and just looks like it was a last minute clobber-together.

That said you should not be going CI as a starter, especially not SSF because of gear availability. Life based always the best if low on resources although the I have doubts about the life tree too.

I agree, as a newer player still, I thought maybe he knew something I did not. I was a little wary going into it, but now that I've powered through until maps, it really showcases that this is not a build you can play without spending massive currency.

I'm just really worried that if I reroll back to level 10 or so, how difficult would it be to get back to "fighting shape" with gems.

Last league, prior to dying, I still had issues with survivability, is evasion still pretty awful?

My main goal is just to kill shaper and maybe do an uber boss or so within the next month. It's still a bit tough for me to draw up trees and make them any decent.

Do you have an example of a good tree that you're using? Because I've used this tree, but if there are better alternatives, I'd take a gander, and see what I can change to improve my end game. I'm still doing quite fine with where I am at, but I know once the tier 10 maps hit, i'll have some issues.

I would go smth like this if i ever play SSF

what Pathfinder points should I invest in?

I'm actually wondering the same thing. I am trying the poison path, the poison damage isn't hardly noticeable, but i think its just there for the 20% more damage vs poisoned targets. The rest of my points are in the path just above the poison path(Not home or id check the names) it seems alright though.

Still don't have Uber Lab but I took Master Surgeon and Herbalist so far.

Not sure if Alchemist is better than Surgeon but I took Surgeon because for his CI build, had those Ascendancy points for Pathfinder.

Any tips on improving my damage? already starting to have trouble on higher tier maps..

First of all try putting TS instead of LA and slower projectile instead of chain-see if you like the change.
Blast rain has a delay that impacts accuracy and requires too much effort to aim. Since TS is good both for AOE and single target it doesn't require single target secondary skill, but still if you wish you can use one.
Don't go for Avatar of the hunt,refund these nods and move further left from king of the hill
Try purchasing Signal Fire and multiply the damage with Hatred and Herald of Ash.
