@Alex, From what I've seen, each blade hits twice per second (source: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/3wia7k/day_1_blade_vortex_action_let_it_rip/)

" Thanks for info. That explains a lot xD About the Atziri, aren't thorns only a problem if you attack dual striker when he is on fire ? Shouldn't you be able to attack inbetween these stages? It seem more like it is a problem to whirl out at good time and then whirl in again. Something like purity aura and ruby flask should also help, since it is fire based damage, right ? | |
" Yup. Just makes it more of a pain than a lot of other builds. And I haven't done the fight uber yet with this build, so I can't really speak for that. I just know it's quite a bit more difficult. | |

It also puts us right in line to pick up another Frenzy Charge, as well as being right by Druidic Rite, which I think is worth it (Taste of Hate+Atziri's Promise up nearly double this build's DPS). For dex, I've gotten by with a few Dex jewels, but it also shouldn't be hard to grab a piece of gear with a lot of Dex on it, either. | |
" To be honest I was not considering Druidic Rite while designing this tree version but it might not be a bad idea if you have more than one of these flasks. I was just thinking about getting more Endurance and Frenzy charges, some dex, and coupling it with this gloves: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Surgebinders If you get one endurance from the bandits, one from belt and one from the tree, and then get frenzies from the tree we have 6 frenzy charge and 6 endurance giving us nice mitigation, cast speed and dmg boost from charges and gloves. | |
