Link Frostblink with Vortex to get the Arcane Surge effect without using an additionnal gem. Remove added cold damage linked to Frostblink; we're not dealing damage with it. Can someone explain to me which gems to place on the staff for clearing? On the guide I am seeing a ton of different combinations, and in the comments as well. I am level 86 fwif.
